Delete your Kala account

Kala is run by Genti Selenica. You can delete your account and all its data yourself, in the app, in a few seconds.

In the app

  1. Open Kala → the Settings icon (⚙) on Today.
  2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
  3. If you connected Google Calendar, choose whether to also delete the events Kala created there (by default they stay).
  4. Confirm with your password (or with Google).
  5. Tap Delete account permanently and confirm.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently: your profile, categories, tasks, routines and templates, notes (with their photos) and reminders, documents (the photos in your documents vault), library, statistics, notification tokens and your sign-in account itself. It can’t be recovered — if you want a copy, use Settings → Export data first (the export does not include the photos of your documents).

Events in Google Calendar stay unless you choose to delete them too. Anonymous aggregate totals (for example the number of users) are not linked to you. Google completes removal from its own systems on its own timelines.

Can’t open the app?

Email genti@eng.al from the address of your account with the subject “Kala account deletion”. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Kala è gestita da Genti Selenica. Puoi eliminare autonomamente il tuo account e tutti i suoi dati, direttamente nell’app, in pochi secondi.

Nell’app

  1. Apri Kala → l’icona Impostazioni (⚙) in Oggi.
  2. Nella sezione Account, scegli Elimina account.
  3. Se hai collegato Google Calendar, scegli se eliminare anche gli eventi che Kala ha creato lì (per impostazione predefinita restano).
  4. Conferma con la tua password (oppure con Google).
  5. Tocca Elimina l’account definitivamente e conferma.

Cosa viene eliminato

Subito e in modo permanente: il tuo profilo, le categorie, le attività, le routine e i modelli, le note (con le loro foto) e i promemoria, i documenti (le foto del tuo archivio documenti), la libreria, le statistiche, i token delle notifiche e lo stesso account di accesso. Non è possibile recuperarli — se vuoi una copia, usa prima Impostazioni → Esporta i dati (l’esportazione non include le foto dei documenti).

Gli eventi in Google Calendar restano, a meno che tu non scelga di eliminare anche quelli. I totali aggregati anonimi (ad esempio il numero di utenti) non sono collegati a te. Google completa la rimozione dai propri sistemi secondo le proprie tempistiche.

Non riesci ad aprire l’app?

Scrivi a genti@eng.al dall’indirizzo email del tuo account, con l’oggetto “Eliminazione account Kala”. Potremmo chiederti di confermare che l’account è tuo. Eliminiamo l’account e i suoi dati entro 30 giorni e ti inviamo una conferma via email.
