Kala is run by Genti Selenica. By using the app you agree to these terms. Questions or reports: genti@eng.al.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what you send from it. Pick a nickname that is not misleading or offensive, and do not impersonate anyone.

Chat: what is not allowed

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not send, share or invite people to anything that is:

Teams and sharing

A team (company) is created by its owner, who can invite people by email, make groups and remove members; anyone can leave. Notes and tasks you share go to the colleagues you pick (or a group) and only reach their account when they accept; what they accept becomes their own copy. Share only what you are allowed to share, and do not use teams to send spam or unwanted content. Colleagues in a team can see each other’s name and email address.

Cookies

On the web we use only essential cookies and browser storage (sign-in, language, theme). Details: /privacy.

Reporting and blocking

In any chat, tap ⋯ → Report and block (on the web: Report and block in the chat header). The chat is deleted for both of you, the person can no longer invite you, and we review the report, including the latest messages of the reported person, and act on it within 24 hours. In a group you can leave at any time.

What we may do

We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Disappearing messages

Messages and photos disappear by design and the app blocks screenshots on phones, but you cannot be stopped from photographing a screen. Only share what you are comfortable sharing.

The service

Kala is provided as is, without guarantees, and we may change it. You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings (see /delete-account). How we handle data: /privacy.
